I wanted to wait 6 months to leave a review to ensure I was leaving all the facts. Raymond Home Improvement installed roofs on 3 buildings for me and met some very strict requirements in doing so. I have HORSES and CATS, and so had concerns about errant nails and debris on which they might step and get injured. This was especially critical for the horse barn but I did not want to deal with nails that were flying objects when I mowed. I was very transparent about this and the owner, Ray, assured me he would address that. The 5 stars is because not only did they install all three roofs properly and beautifully, I did not find a single nail on the ground. That is still true 7 months later. The crew was friendly, well mannered, and diligent about keeping the property as clean as possible (they tore off 2 previous layers so some mess was inevitable). Ray is generous with his time, shares and educates if you are interested, and the PRICING was absolutely COMPETITIVE. This company has many other areas they do work in, and I will always go to them for a quote. For anyone having work done on a Horse Barn - this should be your first call.

When I needed my gutters and gutter guard installed, this company answered my call, came right out and gave an estimate He was able to track down the exact color that I wanted when everyone else said that color was out of stock. They were on time and Raymond’s recommendation for a larger gutter size not only looks great but I have no more clogged gutters. That’s worth 10 stars!

Raymond and his team made quick work of a new hard-wood floor installation for our daughter's bed room. Raymond's offer was a little pricier than some of our other options, but was well worth it.

Raymond and his team were very professional, and very respectful of our home - plus, they're fully licensed and insured, which was a big plus for us. The installation turned out amazing, and we highly recommend Raymond Home Improvement!

Raymond Home Improvement did a high quality job with my new siding and gutter replacement project. The company leadership was always available to answer any questions that I had. Raymond leadership was very accommodating and responsive.

I had Raymond out for a roof job earlier this spring (2022) he was great to talk to and explained every step of every process well.When I was looking for contractors I contacted approximately 15, only 3 responded. Out of those 3 only 2 showed up for a quote. Out of those 2 only Raymond home improvement came through with a quote. I wish I could say it was inexpensive, but honestly I have no idea what other contractors would have charged. I do know this, every time I called Raymond answered or called back immediately.Every step of the way Raymond Home Improvement kept me updated and they were always on schedule, even if the schedule was a little while out.I think you can be confident that Raymond Home Improvement will get your job done.

Not the cheapest quote I got, but with the company’s Reputation put them on top. Had a few small hick-ups but they came right back out and fixed the issues no problem. Great to work with, very responsive to calls and made sure we were 100% happy before final payment…Would definitely recommend..

Based on their completion of two projects on my home, I would definitely recommend Raymond and his team. Raymond is always professional and responsive, providing clear and detailled proposals with fair pricing, and timely communication and followup. Raymond was able to coordinate repair of years of hidden water damage on my home. The project included carpentry, drywall and roofing work. All issues and conerns were addressed before the project was closed, and everything, inside and out, looks great. More recently, the roofing team made quick work of replacing the shingles on my garage. The team worked late on a Friday to complete the job, with satisfactory results! As a home owner with over 30 years of experience working with numerous contractors, it's so nice to have projects completed with confidence and without stress. I look forward to having Raymond and his crews work on future projects.

One of the best decisions we’ve ever made hiring this company. Extreme professional. Raymond communicated every step of the process to us so we knew exactly what was happening. You’re the best!!

We first used Raymond in 2018 when we needed to make some repairs to  our chimney due to a water leak from storm damage. What we originally thought was minor damage, Raymond was able to diagnose a much larger problem that threatened the entire infrastructure of our chimney. While it wasn't pleasant to find the damage was bigger than anticipated, we appreciated his thorough inspection that resulted in a rebuild of our chimney and likely saved us from larger issues down the road had it not been found. Great quality work, efficient and timely. We've since had RHI back to the house to repair cracks in our drywall, install a ceiling fan and replace smoke detectors on cathedral ceilings. He and the team are respectful of your home (use ample drop cloths and thoroughly clean up work areas) and professional. Highly recommend.

Raymond and his team were very professional.  I have used his service twice.  Once for water damage around light fixture which they did a great job on drywall repair and putting in new light fixture. I then hired him to replace kitchen flooring, change out cabinet and install faucet.  They left the place clean when they were finished.

They're friendly, professional and I highly recommend them. They showed up when they promised to, did the work we agreed to, cleaned up when they were finished and were a pleasure to deal with. This is the 2nd time I've hired them and I will be using them in the future.
